Why? This is a 2560x1440 monitor that has been chopped at the top and bottom. How is that a benefit to anyone?

21.9 aspect ratio provides an accurate FOV in movies,games etc. I'm going to get a 27 inch for the higher resolution. They should have been building these things a long time ago.
