Please, make gaming laptops 2x thicker and quiet. It would still be ok. Tapered designs are welcome too. Why do they want to make high-power laptops noisy as vacuum cleaners, throttling from overheating, yet thinner than Nokia 3310?

Agree. Learned it the hard way i.e. by having gaming laptop 🙂. Noise destroyed delicate in-game environment sounds and busy "vacuum cleaner" disturbed rest when sleeping. Later, for the price of the gaming laptop, built much faster, deadly silent and dark PC, which supports easy upgrades and fits into IATA carry-on baggage, and silent laptop/tablet for work. Gaming laptop make sense for people who actually play games when traveling. For travelers, who play games at home only, gaming laptop adds noise and weight for nothing.
