Woke up this morning after a rough night, not slept much last night, still a bit tired after exhausting December, hate when I had to work on 31.12 but this year I had no choice after all kinds of shipment delays in past few weeks. On the top of that 350+ working hours in December doesn't help either, sometimes I wonder how much I'm really "brain healthy" after pushing myself way beyond reasonable body & mind limits every last month of the year, guess many around me asks themselfs the same question about me 😀 Nevermind, this monday is my last "recovery day" before bunch of work planed for January, gonna spend this day with my kids and wifey, probably do some dust cleanup of my kids gaming rigs, some housework, shopping with wifey... Breakfast... nah, not hungry, large glass of cold water will do just fine. Coffee, nope, not before breakfast.... Opened up closest laptop to check e-mails, nothing important. Let's go to Guru3D and see what's new on, for some, first working day of 2021. Oh, Decembar 2020 Guru3D Contest Winner Announcements... nice.... let's see who are a lucky bastards this year, hope to see some familiar G3D members on the list... Wait a minute, this can't be true: my name is on the list, WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! And I didn't won a single thing but whole bunch of stuff!!! Oh man, this is the first time I won something on Guru3D, although this Decembar 2020 contest was the easiest one as far as I remember, really was hoping to get more logo hunt challenges this time but HH had mercy this time for other guru's with not so good eyes 🙂 I'm nothing more than stumped. Atm really not sure what to do with all this stuff, guess I'm gonna wait for all this to be shipped, put everything on one pile, sit down with my kids and make some plans either to do some cosmetics upgrades of their gaming rigs or made a whole new (for sure my wifey is gonna roll her eyes on this idea) gaming rig for myself, although I don't game much, if any, in past 6 years or so, and guess that's not going to change in couple of years ahead. Probaby very few things I won here are going to find their way to my kids gaming rigs. Daughter wants a new case, but she wants a white one this time, maybe I'll do a case mod with this new one here and completely paint it in pearl white. About boys, dunno, their gaming rigs are well packed, not sure if they're willing to change anything but will see what happens in January/February/March when this stuff arrives and they take a closer look on those. Whatever they decide to take/keep or not of this pile of prizes everything else that remains, be it some of these brand new prizes or their old stuff pulled off from their rigs after upgrade, those new prizes or used leftovers are going to find their way to a good homes as a joint Guru3D/our giveaway to other kids of our friends of family who can't afford something like that. Thank you Guru3D, you just made my day, who am I kidding: you just made my whole January 2021! Oh man, this isn't happening, what a way to start a new year. Many thanks to HH and all other Guru3D stuff in my name, in the name of my kids and others who are going to get something to upgrade their PC's.
