Hair looks nice, at least they used that., but I agree with others overall gfx/textures looks very LQ. btw what does this mean: "True Color viewable display", are they suggesting IPS panel?

@Lowki & RedDawn; Japan's big game devs and publishers are still rather new to PC games, for a long time doujin was pretty much the only source of Japanese PC games. Resident Evil 4 (which is a horrible port, not sure what you are talking about), Calamity Trigger, Dark Souls, and Final Fantasy XIII are just a few good (or bad, depending on your point of view) examples of horrible ports. It's getting better in some areas though... But obviously not quite there, the fact we aren't getting the same effects for particles and skin at a high spec minimum are the tell tale signs of a typical bad Japanese port. @Tj; It might sound silly, but it's most likely referring to not supporting "High color". Why they deemed it necessary to clarify that I have no idea.

Why is this news? So many other upcoming games that specs could be said on.. plus we have the full internet with pcs.. no need for jiggly physics...

Breast PhysX FTW!!!
Prepare to be disappointed, the physics is one of the things the 'Soft Engine' does. No Soft Engine in the PC port. You got Tecmo'd.
Really? Resident Evil HD Remaster = awesome port Resident Evil 4, 5, 6, Rev 1, Rev 2, ORC = good ports some awesome MGS:Ground Zeroes = awesome port Devil May Cry 4 = good port DMC = awesome port Dragon Ballz = awesome port Name me another game that was jap developed that was a bad port?
Is that a joke? A bunch of those things you listed were capped at 1080p (at best, some like DMC ports were far worse), 30 frames and had glitches up the wazoo until they were patched, if they were at all. RE HD as far as I know is still a 1080p game. Any port which lacks basic options such as selecting a resolution your monitor supports is not "good", it's beyond crap. The only one you listed which I know wasn't FUBAR on release was DMC 4 which actually had basic options and ran well. Can't say the same about its predecessors. I can't comment on the DBZ game though since I haven't played it yet or looked up any info on it... but being touched by Namco means it has a 99% chance of being capped at 30fps, is it? Edit: I looked it up, it allows 60fps but running it at 60fps leads to many many bugs which they're starting to patch out. At least they're doing something about it unlike Square's policy. As for "others", the most infamous is Dark Souls which had no actual option for resolution and had a god-awful internal resolution which was 720p at best, probably lower it looked so trashy. Selecting a different res just stretched the image, and it was capped at 30fps. On release day a modder had a quick fix for this, too bad Namco were too lazy to give a **** about basic options. Namco are the kings of capping things at 30fps, look at any of the Naruto games. Even more recent ports like the Hyperdimension games (yes I know that's not as mainstream) lack basic resolution options and are capped at 1080p. Or how about Square? Have they ever made a PC port which wasn't bloated with problems? FF 13 didn't have any real graphics options, the usual. Then when they finally patched it, it didn't (and still doesn't) work properly with 1440p, it uses some weird scaling which breaks the game and makes everything look like absolute trash. Running the game on much worse settings actually looks better. Solution? Nothing, they never fixed and even released FF 13-2 with the same problem after. Good job Square. God forbid any of these developers allow filtering options like AF. Without using 3rd party tools to force AF (which often can NOT be done straight through driver settings) a lot of those games have serious texture issues. That especially applies to FF 13 which you can't even force AF to work on through the drivers so you have to use a CPU intensive hack... which is bad since FF 13 barely runs properly on a 4.4GHz Haswell. Yes FF 13 is severely CPU limited, that's how poorly it's coded. Want more examples? Google.
