those new modes seem pretty fun, I'm not sure if they're done in other games but its nice to see EA hasn't sucked out all the innovation of crytek yet.

Downloading this right now. A guy running a MSI GtX 660ti Power Edition Oc says that his card runs the current beta butter smooth with it all maxed out including TXAA 4x. I hope this is true. The download speed isnt horribly slow but its not that fast either, I cant wait! The download was finished in about 20 mins. I ran it with it all maxed out "AA disabled" at 1920x1080. I got roughly 40 fps average. It was still playable but I did get some lag. Time to tweak the game and see if I can do better. Time for a CPU upgrade too. Good luck everyone.

seems like alot of people are getting mixed results haha. I can run it with 2x msaa on high @ 1080p with 50-65 fps but the minute i put it on very high and/or 4x aa of any kind, my fps simply tanks. Not that im running a high end video card or anything lol, but you would think going from high to very high would only decrease your fps by a little bit.

Try shading at high, rest at very high. I saw Shading takes away at least 10fps on average, next it water, then shadows, post process and object detail.

Well after updating my drivers I tried Hunter mode or what ever its called. I was at 60-65fps almost all the time. Very few dips to 50 and some spikes to 70-100. Its beta so yeah its to be expected. Also all 6 cores on my cpu are being used which makes me happy. The link below is a handy tool for changing cvars for everything. You mean all 3 cores...... j/k It's good to know that it seems dev's are staring to take multi-threading seriously as I and many other don't see it going anywhere and it's on the dev's to make sh!t happen lol. O.T. I'm downloading it right now to try it out hopefully my 670 can handle it on three screens with no AA we will see

Poop, I guess my gpu will be done when I change out my mobo too.

Downloading now. I remembered the Vaseline this time, although as hard as the GPU is going to get ridden I don't think it'll help much.

Nice game and running great, all high and 4x SMAA 80 - 120 FPS. But damn console gameplay all over again... 😛uke2: Perk: Auto Armor :bang: COME ON CRYTEK!!!

crysis 3 beta i run the game fine at 1080p very high 4xmsaa now with the cat 13.2 beta 4 2x Msi R7970oc (Ghz bios mod) 2-way CrossfireX and im in 50-80+Fps at 8xmsaa im in the 33-60fps more in the 50 average i7-3770k 4.47ghz ,13.2 beta 3 was very slow compared to the new release i think that both nvidia and Amd does another tweak for their driver before the game come to date!!!!

i run the Beta with everything on high,and my new cpu/mboard combo are zipping thru' without a problem..........can't quite get used to the Hunters' bow yet tho'..........:)
