I really love this case. I made some modifications of my own. Installed six 140mm pwm fans, vertical gpu bracket, and had to resort to SFX power supply because of clearance limitations. That's a lot of fans! Looks like you got 2 exhaust fans in the base and 2 intake fans in the roof, and then 2 fans on the front panel of your AIO that I guess is working as intake fans. It seems strange to me to put 2 fans on the base as exhaust fans, especially when the exhaust air flow is being restricted by exhausting so close to the table that it sits on - yet only to have that same exhaust air recirculated into the system at some point too, as it rises around the outside of the chassis. To me that doesn't look optimal. I would have done it the other way around and had the base fans as intake (and perhaps increased the height of the feet somehow so that clearance to the table surface is larger so that the fans can work more efficiently), and then the top two roof fans as exhaust. Did you try different fan configurations to see which works best? I'd also cut out holes in the restrictive front panel in front of your AIO fans so that they can work more efficiently, that drilled hole metal front panel looks like a restrictive air nightmare, I imagine it's robbing your AIO of a lot of potential airflow. Mind you I cut massive holes in front of or behind (depending if exhaust or intake) for all of my case fans in my case (not the one reviewed here, totally different case) - I can't stand the idea of fans trying to work up close to bunch of restrictive holes. I just put magnetic dust filters over the top of the holes I cut out on the intake side, on the exhaust side I've just got gaping holes (nothing covering the exhaust fans - probably dangerous to pets & kids, but I have neither!).

My reasoning for base fans pushing air down was that I don't want dust from table top being pulled inside. Of course there is dust filter below, but I don't clean it often. And of course aesthetics matter too. About cutting holes. First I considered this option, but then I watched GN do it, and changed my mind. Hairy dude created an abomination from such a beautiful case. It's on youtube, but it's horrible.

Oh right, cool, I didn't know they already did some testing with drilling the holes out larger - yes it does look a bit rubbish, but I was actually talking about cutting massive free spaces in front of each fan, so like a 10cm gaping hole in front of each fan or something, not talking about drilling slightly larger holes. But yeah, using tin snips I cut a massive hole in front of my intake fans, and a massive hole behind each exhaust fan - so there's not any resistance to the air. I covered the intake hole I created with a magnetic dust filter. My case does look like I've done it myself, it's not a really polished affair, but I prefer function over form, and my case doesn't look like a complete abomination, at least not to me (I was able to cover over the worst of somewhat shoddy hole cutting by sticking a black magnetic dust filter over the holes, so you can't see that it's not perfectly cut). About your base fans acting as exhaust rather than intake because you don't want to suck in dust from the table top - that doesn't make much sense to me, because you're filtering it anyway, and I wouldn't compromise my case fan config for something that wasn't a problem. Fair enough on your choice, but doesn't make sense to me.
