With the current GPU shortage I recommend no one to get a CPU without an iGPU. I know performance is not there but between having a PC and no PC, I think the iGPU wins.

It's why i went with a 11700 Non-K, if my GPU breaks down, since it's already old (GTX 1070) i will still have video output.

Currently relying on a pair of 5870s as backup if my Fury dies, and then falling back onto 8800 GT era things...

"K" CPUs are expensive and need a motherboard that allows OC to take advantage off. If you don't plan to OC, just save the money and invest into other components. I had a i5 2500k and mostly run it stock. Granted prices back then were not like today, but I'd never go into "K" territory again. As long as I can undervolt, I'm ok with the stock performance.
