Yep, relatives and friends all over EU, most of them are coming to Serbia in summer time or traveling through on their way to summer vacation in Greece, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Albania... They're one of solutions/ways to get something from Amazon or other countries/parts of the EU/world, and to avoid high Serbia's cusoms charges 🙂

Well then, that would be your way to get a cheap mini-PC then! As commented, in my opinion the UM560 XT is the best bang for buck, so... if you need it / want it, go for it!
