Smart looking PSU's, anyone know who makes the be quiet PSU's? Seasonic make my Asus Thor II Platinum 1200w to Asus's spec so I was wondering. I recently upgraded my Thor I 850w as I got a Suprim X 4090 and chose not to buy into ATX 3 as the Thor PSUs have always been very well reviewed and I find the power display useful but if I had chosen ATX 3, I would have bought a Seasonic PSU one.

Very known for quality German company. And they make their own stuff. I think they might have been the first to have an all digital PSU...

Graphics cards with dual 12VHPWR connectors is already in use today. I have the 4090 HOF and this model come with dual 12VHPWR connectors. So no stupid move from Be Quiet here. I just wish they have increased the total power up to 1650W as the Thermaltake Toughpower GF3. Or up to max allowed power limit without the need for fixed AC connections. I use the current model (quality product)... The Dark Power Pro 12 1500W but even with loads of power connectors for that model I had to add a second PSU in my 1000D box to get more of the PCIe 6+2 connectors. So total of 2250W power. With todays modell from Be Quiet I have to disconnect one of the 12VHPWR connectors if I want to run my older graphics cards. Only fix was adding a second PSU. And I don't like have to do it this way. So, its nice they have understood that there is a need for some of us pc users.

The name might not sound great, but the brand is known for its quality. I have been using a be quiet! 630W PSU in my system for 12 years now, and only recently the fan started making a clicking noise at random times. I replaced it with a noiseblocker fan, and now it keeps running smoothly.
