interested depending on price, does anyone know if you can install the "os" well the system files on one of the M.2 slots rather than use them as cache ? I learned one thing with my QNAP, system files should be completely separated from the rest, if there's a problem or bad shutdown you do not want to rebuild a raid array with 10+Tb drives when it could be done only on a pair of m.2 or ssds also a system on HDDs is a thing of the past I don't want that anymore, super slow boot and operations, we are in 2020 or what :/

Too much money for a locked system with inferior hardware compared to a DIY NAS based on Linux, BtrFS, more cores and more RAM. I can't see why I should buy or sell such a device. Too expensive and big for enthusiasts and too weak and too little support ( 4h NBD etc. ) for business use. Once it fails you wish you had a DIY NAS or a professional Dell/HP box with proper support. my 2 cents

The whole ideea of a ready built NAS is to run it with minimum effort and max support , where a DIY NAS runs with maximum effort and minimum support. Not many companies needs the hassle of building it and having a person to maintain/set up etc.. it is easier for them to just buy it in the spec they need , plug it in and run it with minimum effort also being assured that if something goes wrong its all taken care of.
