I like the simple looks of those non-rog X99 asus boards. Makes customizing one's rig's looks easier... out of curiosity I imagine it with my old gigabyte passive 5770s, has to look like a terminator's intestines πŸ˜€

This is just the beginning, more Xeon boards will appear which will mean more upgrades for Companies that use Xeon architecture like Data Centers, Server Farms etc etc. This will mean all the older x79/2011 sockets will be stripped out and sold at a fraction of there original price. Nice looking board tbh, maybe we will see a Dual Xeon board also.

A skulltrail (or EVGA SR-2) equivalent with OCable dual-CPUs would be nice πŸ˜€

Hopefully this is what all Motherboards will look like soon. only PCIe x16 slots, like the good old PCI days πŸ™‚ I suppose they could be x8 electrically on lower end boards, but it would be nice to have the choice again of what goes where. (and the possibility of cramming 7 single slot GPU's in there just to see if it can be done πŸ˜‰)

Looks much better than the others πŸ™‚
