I do love the concept of the pad phone, and buy the look of it, padphone is a great piece of hardware. I might actually consider this for a future buy.

there will apparently be a keyboard dock as well, but asus is using a new proprietary connector so the keyboard from the prime/pad/infinity wont work with it. the only thing im concerned about is price. the padfone 1 is still ridiculously expensive considering its no longer the top dog. wonder how expensive this would be.

There are a few vids on YouTube which show how to convert a Samsung Galaxy S2 into a tablet phone. 😉 Paranoid Android springs immediately to mind.
