I really hope NV sells as few of these cards as possible. They REALLY need to be taken down a notch. This is beyond ridiculous, and they are just so full of their own bullshit they can't see it. I hope their board sues them again.

The noise and temperature levels compared to the performance are impressive. Too bad the price sucks. In an ITX case, you wouldn't be able to see the fans.

priced to shock you to death, like most thing in the 40xx series so far. it is rather quiet no point in use in silent mode cause dba is only 3 appart which maxes at 33 but temp diffrence is like 5c and to close to 70c for my tastes but at 33dba that quiet. all gpus should be this quiet. the premium over normal stupid high price is not worth it imo, they could of just went with 4 black version for those fans that bitch about color of there fans. or better yet stop using cases with see threw windows. or hell stop buying there fans:D

Since researchers have found ways to turn wood transparent, I guess you could have a wooden case with a transparent side panel. Just perfect for this card.

Doesn't Noctua make fans in white or black. It baby poop brown their thing or something. I wouldn't doubt Asus raised the price on this Fugly card because of the name brand fans. Maybe they should have used Corsair LL120's.

i would never buy a 4000 series Nvidia card (maybe in some years if 2nd hand price drops), but man the looks of this Noctua cards are just too good! would only paint the whole shroud in brown too

We all know the current prices sucks, but high end gpu are no longer just a different cooler. The premium version that you are talking comes with higher quality electronic components too, and this is something to consider if you are planning for heavy usage

For this card you are paying the Asus tax , Noctua tax + Jensen high pricing non-sense 😏, $1,350 US Dollars is way too much money for rtx 4080 😱, with a bit more you can get a full rtx 4090 at BesBuy for $1599US dollars.:p

I like the looks a lot with the owl face, not sure why everyone hates on that, sound like a bandwagon chorus... Other than that, the pricing... agreed with the rest here..
