A step in the right direction. 2 Slot Heatsink with full height 25 MM Fans for optimal cooling at low noise. SLI is long dead, so thickness is no longer a concern.

£300 over the 3070 msrp, wouldn't be surprised if its a bog standard gpu aswell, I'd be more impressed if it was a TI.

This. Would have bought a 3090 version if there had been one !

3 slots is a concern if you're either using ITX or intend to use your other PCIe slots for something other than a GPU.

The sooner a gpu manufacturer builds the ducts and the cooling the better. stop this down blowing hot air back into the case its idiotic. https://i.imgur.com/wvTZ0ho.jpg

I'm sure there will be plenty of options available.

Some believe RGB leds will give you good cooling. I believe beefy Noctua fans will do it better.

Man that brown from noctua is so so bad ! Still i would love it all over my pc !

Nah RGB just gives you more FPS. Each green and blue LED gives you +1FPS, red gives you +2.

There is almost no point. The fans on a decently ventilated case will remove all of the air multiple times a minute. The trick is to get the heat airborne after that its exhausted out quickly. Plus the only moving parts on a GPU are as you put it a simple fan(s).

I know you like it. You did the same with your 1070. :P

I like this design. Hopefully the thermal pads are top tier design to keep all the memory /vrms cool while the fans spin slowly.

Eww the color of the fans is my only gripe with this cooler if it was black (I can take or leave the rgb) I would still love this in my system tho

that's why i went rx 6800xt (Asus TUF). and Phanteks Glacier G6000 block has a single slot once that came in (3 weeks wait) i run a 5950x so i want my airflow cool over my vram (not using monoblock or avail vrm cooler) using dual 280mm rads (both in front one on side) in a lian li case, no top fans only rear exhaust fan but intake also on bottom. so big bulky cards that block airflow ain't for me

strange that there's hardly any talk about the 1138$ price tag. are we supposed to just accept it now?
