Call me conservative, but I cannot see why 4GB of Vram on -what is essentially a GTX670- is useful. People always say it's useful for higher resolution/multiscreen gaming, but the GTX670/760 wouldn't have enough power run high settings at those resolutions. The 670/760 is more suitable for 1080p gaming, but then you wouldn't need those 4GB's of Vram... I guess you could put 2 of these in SLI, but still...

Titan Fall at 1080p on highest settings can use 3+ GB of video memory so this card would fit the bill.

That card would chocke loading that much vram. Not strong enough gpu power

Card looks interesting, but I already spent my videocard money on a pair GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 which work perfect in my system for my gaming needs. I can only guess how a pair of these would perform in games until I start seeing actual benchmarks. This is going to be a high end overclocking version of the cards I already have.

Two 4GB 670's would out perform them.

perhaps some games will let you configure the textures and everything else separately, so you could max the textures and have everything else at whatever runs ok. but yeah, someday games will offer us texture quality presets to choose, some day.

Yeah what does ASUS know right! After all they make all kinds of great hardware and have guys ten times smarter then you and I put together working for them but heck they don't know how to build a video card right. I know, maybe you could go to work for them and then you can tell them how it should be done...

There is almost no fps difference between a 2gb gk104 and a 4gb gk104 across a vast majority of games and resolutions. gk104 will run out of gpu power way before 4gb of vram. there are a few exceptions like bf4 slider skyrim modded etc

People are exaggerating about vram..
