Patches like this happen only in games that are still in beta. It's good that atleast they are fixing it...

How come there are 3 patches brought for a week, when the bugs were only on "some AMD CPU and GPU" configurations?...

That's just how it is in the age of digital distribution. Companies know they can just release easily distributable patches to fix mistakes as they crop up. So instead of spending all the money on Quality control and testing they just send the product out as fast as possible and start getting paid. Back in the early 90's there was no fast simple way to distribute patches you had to be damn well sure that when you put that disc out the game was working properly or it could really cost you. This is when games had real quality control.

I dont think even an arma title has had such a large patch.

Thanks, you should request a mod change your user name to "Memory lane":P

I still remember one of the first games I ever bought it was Heroes of Might and Magic. Yes the very first 1. It was early 90's. Don't remember there being any bugs either had a great time playing it. Before that I bought Myst and there was no bugs in that either.

Exactly, back in the old days when you had a game on a disc and you were on a console THIS WAS NOT THE ISSUE, ffs now they think they can release crap half-arsed games. Marketing departments putting a timelimit on the game, pushing the devs etc.
Glad to see theyre upgrading the game version from Beta to Final
rofl 😀

There were plenty of bugs in console games that had no updates, I remember very clearly, the only difference was they were funny quirks back then like being able to drive though walls, not annoying performance bugs

They are doing this only because this game is a money machine. If it wasn't infested with microtransactions, ubilol wouldn't even consider lifting a finger.

I'm all for patches, QA can't get everything afterall, but WOW, this is a ridiculous number of fixes.

It'll fix 300 things and break 400 others.:wanker:

I've being playing it for maybe 20hrs or so , and haven't had any crashes or stuttering as long as i don't change the graphics setting in game without restarting the game all is good , i'm able to maintain 60fps 90% of the time , but i do welcome the fixes . I hope that Nvidia release the tessellation patch soon , i think its Nvidia and not Ubi .

Miss the days when game was released when it was finished, but publishers these days dont give damn it it finished they just want there money Much rather have delays and polished game then break game on release. Look at BF4 that was broke on released and year later EA still trying to fix things. If this kinda game released we have to look forward to then the future is looking grim

HA! HA! All you suckers who bought this crap... You get what you pay for LOL! Keep it up, they will continue to release trash if you still buy it...
