Arctic Liquid Freezer II NEW GASKET defect is this getting a pass by the same people who ripped other manufactures to
shreds.
Anyway I do not care, good on Arctic supporting products.Always wanted to try out the 420mm AIO,just never got around to buying one
The difference here is that Arctic themselves made the issue public. According to Steve over at GN, Arctic actually contacted him about the issue and asked that he make the public aware of the problem, as well as the fix for it. Other manufacturers have denied any problems existed and even tried to blame everyone else for the piss poor product quality and lack of QC. Arctic was pro-active in their handling of the issue.

The invoice has a serial.number.....they will countercheck in their database
They never asked me for a serial number or invoice. I went to the page in the OP to order the service kit where it asked for product model, country of delivery and purchase date. Then a few minutes later I got an e-mail confirmation stating that they would be shipping me a service kit free of charge.

Not to mention the use of emotes "XD".
Their customer service team is human.... Is that a problem? When I contacted them for a replacement AM4 mounting kit for an eSport ONE, they used e-motes in their e-mail responses, and I got a free replacement mounting kit in the mail 2 days later.
TPU took a look at the service kit [URL='https://www.techpowerup.com/review/quick-look-arctic-liqiuid-freezer-ii-service-kit/']here

Check out the state of the original gasket and coldplate.
Welp, thanks for that.... Service kit ordered....
I was actually considering switching to a Noctua D15.... Only reason I haven't is because the price is insane
I thought the price was high when I paid $100 CAD ($113 /w tax) years ago, now it just doesn't seem to make sense. Anyway, I'd stick with the AIO because of how chonky video cards now. My D15 and RTX 3080 both block each other from being removed, it's a real pain.
ANYONE HERE, THE SERVICE KIT ALREADY SHIPPED AND RECEIVED.
I AM INTERNATIONAL BUYER...AND IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 1 MONTH I DID NOT RECEIVED MY KIT ALTHOUGH FILLED OUT THE FORMS.

GN actually has a video of the procedure, done on one of their own units.

I just received my service kit a couple days ago. Haven't bothered to do it yet though.

It's the size of video cards that's making me re-think using the AIO.... The hoses are long enough that they interfere with putting the side panel on my case since they end up hanging down next to the graphics card. When I had the 6700XT installed, I had to ziptie the hoses to the GPU support bracket to keep them in a location where the side panel could be installed.
i had this aio ordered the rapair kit took so long in end send aio back and got a deepcool aio instead
I had my repair kit within a few days of placing the order. It's still in the package so far though. I'll get around to doing the job at some point.....or I'll just get lazy and replace it.
