I bet it's likely a TI OMAP 4460 or 4470 chip since Archos has a history of sticking to TI's chips.
To be honest I love the concept of a fully stock Android experience on the TV (that isn't Google TV since it's rather broken) and hope to see it in action in real life. Only issue I have with it is the fact that the controller looks funny.

Tbh, I wish that it can support TV tuners or Flash (properly) because I do use both on my media centre. I do a lot of TV recording with my media centre and do watch videos from other places than just YouTube.

I spotted an android player going for £12 today.

Think estimated delivery as about a month tho, however have been dieing to play with one of these.
My current setup I have 3 TV's hooked up to an HTPC via HDMI splitter, this is great but I have to watch the same thing on all TV's.
With this I'm expecting to be able to map a network drive to my Movies/TV Shows drives on the HTPC and stream wirelessly to the android stick/TV.
Thus allowing independant playback on each TV.
Will update and let you know how it works out if anyone interested. But at £12 you may aswell grab one yourselves to have a play.

If I cant sync my ps3 controller like I do with my Galaxy SII then its worthless to me.

looks pretty nice but not sure I'd really use it. I'd rather watch tv on my tv and do android crap on my phone at the same time.

Unfortunately i've had a couple of Archos devices before and they were pretty crap. I vowed never to use them again

If a GoogleTV device would incorporate a Cablecard slot....it'd sell... Unfortunately, I don't really see this selling any better than the GoogleTV devices that have failed so badly. Nice concept though... No cablecard support + doesn't play Blu-ray = not getting connected to my TV.
