I've had a Dell 30 inch monitor (60hz 2560x1600), that cost a lot back in it's day, which has been fine. I am a casual gamer, a lot less than when I was young and nowadays sometimes I wish I could fit a few more windows on the screen. Shame that 4k monitor there is not 34 inch. The higher refresh rate on that 34inch one might be useful for the odd game, but the resolution is worse than current as it is widescreen Nobody seems to make a monitor that fits my needs, that I have seen. Are there are any cheap 4k 34 or slightly bigger monitors not widescreen? AOC prices are always quite good, I had one years back and seem to remember it was ok. Not brilliant but did the job.
