Quite funny that the driver requests a restart to function properly. However, turning off the system and turning it on again does not satisfy it. How in the *bleep*?

so they have to invent some RDNA3 only features XD

I think those features may become availible to other gens (certainly 6xxx) after a while. AMD is probably trying to push 7xxx sales first.

I've noticed that too. Has to detect an actual restart. Dumb.

guys you do know that a shutdown in windows 8 and up isn't an actual shutdown by default right? it's some hybrid crap unless you turn it off.

Many don't know this. Restart loads the system from scratch.

Probably it's not very relevant, but as a user of Sapphire RX580Nitro+ and have installed the new drivers 23.9.1 I'm bit disappointed. I used to lower a bit my voltages for the Core and never had issues, until now. For memory I'm using Memory timing level 1 and 2050Mhz - this still works with the new drivers. I don't know why, I believe it's because of the new driver, playing with the core voltages = crash.
