Should be noted that there is only one Navi 10 listed. Where is the binning? Apparently they somewhat speculated that Navi 12 will have full chip in RX-3070 and cut down chip in RX-3060... but what is 2nd Navi 10? Is RX-3080 Full chip? If so, then is there going to be RX-3080LE/SE? Or is RX-3080 already cut down and full chip is going to be RX-3090? Generally, segmentation of those speculations does not add up. And if they can't even get that believable... I see no reason to believe the rest. It is similar to 7nm Zen 2 for AM4 rumors... Thay give you all the details with core count per model and clocks... And then AMD shows you 8C/16T and says something like: "Guys, chips are great. We are happy about them. But you'll have to wait till we finalize clock and stuff." It is nice to envision future, but consider it only as one of many possible outcomes or as placeholder information.

If true, that's a little disappointing. Those prices look good and we know nothing about their wattage or capability to OC, but I'd still like to see something with a bit more "grunt". I was hoping the Radeon 7 would be more of an "interim flagship", where the real excitement would be found with Navi. But, the R7's Linux performance is in really good shape (actually better than Windows, surprisingly). If the RX 3090 basically ends up being the 8GB variant of the R7 with a hefty price reduction, I would consider getting that.

understandable. the "grunt" will come about 10 months after these hit the market. there has been an energetic discussion re: early release of Arcturus vs. Big Navi. afaik, because of the need to re-tape-out Navi pre-release the mid-market cards were pushed back from a June release. so any thoughts of Big Navi in 2019 are pretty remote. i have the Radeon VII on order as my 1080ti is getting old and i've used it like a race car driver in a rental car. so it looks like Big Navi and Nvidia Turing refresh hit the market around the same time, maybe big navi 3-6 months before.

The RTX leaks, he was right about: - the names RTX 2080 and RTX 2070. - the codenames TU104, TU106, TU116. But he was wrong about: - RTX 2070 having 7GB of VRAM. - "GTX" 2060 using the TU116 core and having 5GB of VRAM. - the prices and performance estimates.

AdoredTV might conclude from his analysis that "Model XYZ 7nm 8GB will come out at $300". Then marketing changes that to "Model XZY 7nm 7GB at $295". Forum warriors will rage that three-quarters of his predictions are wrong, it's all BS etc. They'll ignore the important point (a potent 7nm card at ~$300) and just look for things to complain about. I'm surprised that he keeps trying.

Radeon VII is only average 7% faster than 2070 and 6% slower than 2080. If they release that RX 3080 soon they will obliterate VII. It will surely be delayed 'till Q4 2019.

I'm positive that nVidia wont launch a card this year, after all RTX just came.

Rtx 2080 ti and 1080 ti have 11gb of memory, which is no more or less odd then 7gb
