In no way I'm trying to be a smartass, but how people get bogus CPUs? Or, don't even know what they get? For the first people, they need help or go to a legit store and purchase a legit CPU they want. For the latter, just do a basic research before you buy. I'm on 5600X, first time in my life went AMD and the Curve Optimizer, I fell in love with that characteristic. My clocks from 1.375V, never go above 1.212V anymore for the exact same clocks. Can't wait for the next Zen series. I obviously skipped the 7000 series.
And unless you want the extra lanes of the X570, get one. Otherwise, B550 all the way. Don't overspend for anything in case you don't use a feature you really need. Current line, the B650 are extremely good. DDR5 support and at least 2 Gen 4 x4 NVME SSDs. The next line will have even better features as standard and who knows, perhaps USB 4 along with at least one Gen 5 x4 SSD.
