Want one There used to be a shop close to here called "The Gadget Shop" and it had smaller versions of the same type of thing, except they were near impossible to get things into the correct line to make anything float

Yeeea, not by this approach, embedding powerful ferromagnets in the road surface my cause quite a lot of problems.

Seems to glide. If they manage to get hovering cars this will solve fuel problems. Just do the Flinstones get momentum. Stopping is another matter burnt soles anyone ?

Can you imagine bobbing down the road in a car like that, it would at least have to bounce in tune with the stereo. Serious gyroscopes would stabilise it though. I can imagine the lack of control would be interesting, and when the power fails you instantly stick to the road...

Plus attracting anything metal nearby to the road surface; keys, lampposts, bikes, prams, pacemakers.
