This SSD is supposed to last over 200 years then? How exactly will they warrant this then? 100 years from now, "its broken, i want a replacement, heres the receipt. the box says MTBF 2 million hours, you have to honor it"

MTBF is just an estimate. Warranty probably measured in time (3-5 years).
