ASUS unveiled the ROG Swift PG38UQ, a 38-inch 4K gaming liquid crystal display that offers compatibility with HDMI 2.1. Featuring a Fast IPS liquid crystal panel with a rapid response speed of 1ms (GtoG), the ROG Swift PG38UQ supports display synchronization technologies such as NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.



With a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz and an HDMI 2.1 port, this display is capable of delivering a 4K resolution at 120Hz for devices like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Key specifications of the ROG Swift PG38UQ include a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, a display color depth of 16.7 million colors, a color gamut of 98% DCI-P3, and a horizontal/vertical viewing angle of 178°. It offers a brightness level of 350cd/m2 (standard) and 600cd/m2 (peak), meeting the VESA DisplayHDR 600 standard for high dynamic range. Additionally, it incorporates features like "Ultra-Low Blue Light" to reduce eye strain and a "Flicker-Free" function to eliminate screen flickering.

The interface options of the ROG Swift PG38UQ include DisplayPort 1.4 (x1), HDMI 2.1 (x2), an earphone jack (x1), and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A hub (x4). The display is also equipped with built-in speakers, offering an output of 5W (x2). With dimensions of 861mm (width), 255.4mm (depth), and 583.9mm (height), and weighing 10.23kg, it offers a compact and lightweight design.
