The first look at the X500 is impressive, anodized aluminum alloy (resistant to fingerprints and dust), stylish design and then there is that Blue LCD display, which are powered even when your computer is turned off which will display time and/or ambient temperature.
To make this case a little more impressive compared to the competition you'll notice a motorized bay door. The door is made of translucent plastic and when the button on the top right of the bezel is pressed, the door slides down very silently to expose the optical drive bays.

Features

- Luminescent Backlight: Power button & LCD display with luminescent backlight glow in the dark.
- Always-On Power: LCD display, motor-driven door, and luminescent backlight with the power from VSB output keep working even the system is off.
