Minisforum incorporates no less than seven copper heat pipes. 3 will transmit heat from the processor, while 4 will transfer heat from the graphics circuit. The entire structure will thereafter be aggressively vented to exhaust the heat to the outside. The manufacturer also states that it uses liquid metal to ensure proper conduction of heat between heat sinks and cooling systems.
