Hidden under a rubber strip (held in place with a magnet) we can see the front-panel. Slight detail, I would have liked to see a black rubber strip included. The rubber strip obviously prevents the I/O from dust.

The location is really good, easy access. The IKONIK Ra X10 Liquid has a front I/O panel that features four USB ports, two eSATA, an additional FireWire port and a microphone and headphone jack. Below it we see liquid flow indicator. Good stuff as you can see if the pump is working properly.

Here we see the front side with the front panel door opened. Now why does this remind me of that TV series "Lost in Space", you know the robot .. "danger Will Robinson, danger". The bay covers can be easily removed, they are operated by a spring-lock mechanism. Just push on them and they pop out, extremely convienient.

The bottom of the chassis has retractable spring activated legs for increased stability. With a little pressure you can extrude them.

That is a kickass design. Once opened up you'll notice a couple of things, first off .. that's a lot of space to work in. Obviously you'll notice again a lot of detail. A carefully secured water block, the reservoir and pump, tubing and notice that the design has two radiators. One in the upper compartment and one in the lower compartment.

What strikes me here is the attention to detail and materials used. Everything is just extremely clean and tidy. Look at the clamps, tubing, wiring.. all has been finished off with the greatest deal of precision. Another great feature is the fact that anything from securing the motherboard, storage devices to PSU into place, requires little or no use of tools whatsoever.

The Ra X10 Liquid in total is equipped with six 5.25-inch external drive bays, one can be converted to a 3.5-inch one for your floppy disk drive.

Here we test the Ikonik Ra X10 Liquid. An all aluminium high design chassis with built in liquid cooling and software controllable fans and pump. The RA X10 series is next to being a efficient and aesthetically pleasing chassis also very hip in terms of innovation. See, the X10 series has what Ikonik calls a SIM module. The "SIM" version offers the System Intelligent Management PCB and functionality along with a full compliment of case fans. The stuff that makes your toes curls really.
