Radeon RX 6800, 6800 XT, and 6900 all have been fitted with 16 Gigabytes of GDDR6 memory; it runs at 16 Gbps (effective data rate), which is a data-rate most of us can identify with when compared to the last-gen products. We'll show you the full specification details on the next pages. The cooling design is based on a strong THICC sized cooler ;) holding three fans. The cards all get HDMI 2.1 connectors and the latest iteration in DisplayPort. You will not see the new 12-pin power connecter header introduced by NVIDIA; the cards will hold 8-pin headers; configuration depends on AIC/AIB choices as partner cards are free to choose to use whatever they deem applicable.  The STRIX LC comes ready to go out of the box. Seat it, mount the radiator, connect power, and you're ready. We like that. The design is, of course, ROG LED styled but looks good. We do feel the card is rough around the edges with ti's cabling; the fan y-splitter connector, for example, looks a bit messy. Then again, you can tuck it away in the chassis. Next to the hybrid cooling design, one additional feature on the card is a dual BIOS mode. We strongly would advise the silent mode, as the performance mode gains are not worth the sheer silence the silent mode offers. That said, we test out of the box configuration of a card, set to performance mode. Of course, we'll list thermals and acoustics for both modes in our tests.
