A Reddit user posted diagrams showing the unreleased X399/X390 platforms for AMDs High-end, well let's call them enthusiast class processors. These would be intended for the CPUs like we mentioned earlier today, the 16-core / 32-threaded parts. Much like the X99 platform from Intel.

Last week we reported on a new rumor that AMD is working on a high-end desktop 16 core 32 threaded Ryzen processor series. These processors initially have been reported with a low base-clock in the 2.4 to 2.8 GHz range. It's reported that this 16-core and 32-treaded beast would do a 3.1 GHz base and 3.6 GHz Turbo frequency, yep that is like two R7 1700 CPUs.

Respawn Entertainment and EA revealed the next free DLC drop for Titanfall 2 called Colony Reborn. Colony Reborn  includes a new map called Colony (which you may recognize from the first game) for free.

Futuremark just released 3DMark v2.3.3663 with support for Vulkan in their API overhead test, we ran some quick tests to see what is happeing.

Futuremark has just updated its 3DMark benchmarking suite. This new build adds Vulkan support. The API Overhead test thus now uses the Vulkan API. The new update also brings in some additional fixes and imporvements.

AMD will be issueing a new BIOS for Ryzen motherboards, the company discovered why FMA3 code is causing system hangs on PCs using a new Ryzen desktop processor.
