AMD Reports 2016 First Quarter Results

AMD today announced revenue for the first quarter of 2016 of $832 million, operating loss of $68 million, and net loss of $109 million, or $0.14 per share. Non-GAAP operating loss was $55 million and non-GAAP net loss was $96 million, or $0.12 per share.

Game developer Lorne Lanning from the Oddworld game series made note of a rather sizable remark, during a private dinner prior to an actual interview Sony CEO Shuhei Yoshida answered a question about the PS5. Albeit an 4K Ultra HD update to the PS4 is pending (the PS 4.5 with NEO mode) there might never be a PlayStation 5.

We review the Gigabyte X170 Extreme ECC motherboard, an Xeon compatible Intel chipset based product that is loaded with kit, ECC memory support (if you use a Xeon) and features.
