Intel has yet to release official information about this one, but the new generation of Xeon Glacier Falls W server CPUs is listed including specs.
The information was posted by popular Twitter user momomo_us. Glacier Falls W Processors get a maximum of 18 cores and 36 threads and can be seated onto a LGA 2066 motherboard. Compared to last gen Glacier Falls W CPUs have an up-to 700 MHz faster clock speed. If you take the old proc series specs and include the newly listed ones, you'll see this:
