TP Link Introduces Wi-Fi 7 Tri-Band Router Archer BE550: Technical Specifications and Pricing

TP Link announced the release of the Archer BE550, a tri-band router that supports Wi-Fi 7 technology. The Archer BE550 is designed to deliver high-speed wireless communication, boasting a total bandwidth of 9.3Gbps across three bands (6GHz at 5,760Mbps, 5GHz at 2,880Mbps, and 2.4GHz at 574Mbps). It includes support for the 6GHz band, utilizing a 320Hz channel width to enhance data throughput. Additionally, the device is compatible with EasyMesh, allowing for seamless integration with a diverse array of routers and access points to establish a mesh Wi-Fi network.

Featuring six internal antennas, the Archer BE550 includes a variety of interfaces: one 2.5 Gigabit WAN port, four 2.5 Gigabit LAN ports, and a USB 3.0 port. The USB port enables the router to function as an FTP server, media server, and Samba server.
