Toshiba announced today two new internal solid-state drive (SSD) storage devices with up to 960 GB of capacity. The new SSDs include the Toshiba Q300 Pro Series Internal SSD Hard Drive with Adaptive Size SLC Write cache technology to enable SLC-like performance.
