SteelSeries ApS, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, unveiled the Arctis Nova 7 Dragon Edition wireless headset, a special edition model celebrating the Year of the Dragon. The launch of this product in the domestic market is scheduled for March 1, 2024, with the product being offered at a price and an anticipated retail price of approximately $240 USD.

The design and development of the Arctis Nova 7 Dragon Edition were led by professionals deeply rooted in Chinese and Taiwanese culture. The headset features a deep red casing, a color traditionally associated with prosperity, with accents of gold to represent financial fortune. A distinctive dragon motif, set against a backdrop of auspicious clouds known as "yoshigumo," adorns the speaker plate. Hidden on the reverse side of the speaker plate is the kanji for "Fuku," symbolizing good fortune, while the headband showcases a dragon scale-inspired pattern.

This edition is based on the Arctis Nova 7 Wireless model, known for its dual wireless connectivity through 2.4GHz and Bluetooth. It incorporates an AI noise-canceling microphone powered by SteelSeries' proprietary Sonar software and supports 360° spatial audio for an immersive listening experience.

Technical specifications include a 40mm driver size, a frequency response range of 20-22,000Hz, sensitivity at 93dBSPL, and an impedance of 36Ω. The microphone offers a frequency response of 100-6,500Hz with a sensitivity of -38dB. Battery life extends to 38 hours on a 2.4GHz connection, and 26 hours when using both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth connections simultaneously.
