SilverStone unveiled the XE360-SP5 (model number: SST-XE360-SP5) on September 25, 2023. This all-in-one water cooling solution is engineered to seamlessly integrate with the Zen 4-based EPYC server architecture. The XE360-SP5 is specifically designed to be compatible with AMD's new server socket, Socket SP5 (LGA 6096).



It features a substantial copper base plate that effectively covers the CPU heat spreader. This base plate incorporates a microchannel structure to efficiently transfer heat to the coolant, ensuring optimal thermal management.

Key Technical Specifications:

  • Pump Unit Motor: The XE360-SP5 is equipped with a 3-phase 6-pole motor, operating at 4,000rpm±10%. This motor is mounted on the radiator unit.
  • Cooling Fan: It employs a 120mm fan with a thickness of 25mm, featuring variable rotation speeds ranging from 600 to 2,800rpm. The fan operates at a noise level of 46dBA and achieves a maximum air volume of 87.72CFM, along with a maximum static pressure of 3.09mmH2O.
  • Dimensions: The water block measures 92mm in width, 118mm in depth, and 25mm in height, while the radiator spans 120mm in width, 394mm in depth, and has a thickness of 28mm. The tubing length extends to 460mm.
