Silicon Motion Technology Corporation (NasdaqGS: SIMO), known for its contributions to NAND flash controllers for solid-state storage devices, has announced the release of its FerriSSD NVMe PCIe Gen 4 x4 BGA SSD. The FerriSSD integrates Silicon Motion's proprietary IntelligentSeries technology, providing robust data integrity and reliability across extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
