MSI announced the resumption of shipments for its all-in-one water cooling units, the MAG CORELIQUID E series, starting January 22, 2024. This follows a period of suspension due to concerns about abnormal noise from the pump component at rotational speeds between 1,600 and 1,800 rpm. The issue was attributed to the internal impeller making contact with the pump cavity, prompting MSI to offer replacements or refunds for affected products.

Following a comprehensive review, MSI confirmed that the manufacturing plant has implemented appropriate quality control and manufacturing processes. As a result, the company is confident in the reliability of the MAG CORELIQUID E series and has scheduled the resumption of sales once the units are available in retail outlets. MSI has committed to enhancing its management systems to prevent similar issues in the future, emphasizing its dedication to regaining customer trust. This commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction marks a significant step in MSI's efforts to provide reliable and efficient cooling solutions for computing systems.
