China based JIUSHARK offers an active fan for your M.2. SSD,  the .2-THREE is equipped with a 60mm fan. 

The heat sink is fitted with 27 aluminum fins and a direct touch heat pipe for efficient heat transfer from the SSD. By using a fan with a thickness of 10 mm and a diameter of 60 mm, the SSD's temperature can be reduced by 50° C or more, and it is expected to provide appropriate cooling performance even for the forthcoming PCI-Express 5.0 SSDs.

The cooling fan's rotational speed is 3,000 rpm 10%, the air volume is 14 CFM, the static pressure is 1.33 mmH2O, and the decibel level is 25.4 dBA. The matching form factor is M.2 2280, and the primary body dimensions are 41.5 mm in width, 35.5 mm in depth, 82 mm in height, and 113 g in weight.
