Corsair has launched its RMx SHIFT Series of ATX 3.0-certified power supplies. This new range offers custom PC enthusiasts an innovative way to build their systems, with wattages from 750W to 1200W and a fully modular design.

The DC connector panel has been moved to the side of the unit, improving access to cables and promoting cleaner cable management.

The repositioned side panel of the RMx SHIFT Series (patent-pending) offers clear access to all modular micro-fit connections, making cable attachment and maintenance easier and reducing strain and clutter. All RMx SHIFT models are ATX 3.0 certified and PCIe 5.0 compliant, providing the power and performance needed to run cutting-edge systems. The series includes a high-quality PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR GPU cable and is compatible with modern graphics cards like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series.

Fully modular CORSAIR Type 5 Gen 1 micro-fit cables allow users to only connect the cables their system requires. The RMx SHIFT Series features a 140mm fluid dynamic bearing fan with a calculated fan curve for high performance and low noise, and supports Zero RPM fan mode for near-silent operation. The series is 80 PLUS Gold and Cybenetics Gold-certified, with steady power output up to 90% efficiency and 100% 105°C-rated Japanese electrolytic capacitors for unwavering power delivery and long-term durability.

CORSAIR has tested the RMx SHIFT in its cases and popular third-party cases and will continue to add compatibility information to its online PC Builder database. A minimum of 30mm of open space is required to accommodate the side-positioned connector panel. With the RMx SHIFT Series, PC builders can expect a new and improved way to build and connect their systems.
