ASUSTOR Inc. has expanded its hard drive compatibility list to include the Seagate IronWolf Pro 24 TB NAS hard drive, model ST24000NT002, catering to businesses and high-capacity data users. This integration allows select ASUSTOR NAS models to reach storage capacities close to 400 TB. The incorporation of 24 TB IronWolf Pro drives enhances the efficiency of ASUSTOR's MyArchive backup feature by reducing the number of drives needed for comprehensive backup processes, thereby supporting the 3-2-1 backup rule and facilitating extensive archival storage needs

 For additional storage, ASUSTOR recommends the Xpanstor 4 expansion unit, notable for its 10 Gbps USB interface and compatibility with MyArchive cold backup technology. This expansion can add up to 96 TB of storage through its four bays, with USB 3.2 Gen 2 connectivity for improved performance.

ASUSTOR NAS models, such as the AS54 series and Lockerstor Gen 2, not only accommodate the 24 TB IronWolf Pro hard drives but also offer enhanced expandability with up to four M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs, doubling the capability of similar class solutions. These NAS devices support both caching and storage on M.2 SSDs. Furthermore, they are compatible with Seagate IronWolf Health Management software for data protection, and all ASUSTOR NAS models come with a warranty exceeding three years, ensuring a secure and efficient storage solution for critical data.
