ASUSTOR, in collaboration with ULINK, has introduced the DA Drive Analyzer 2.0, an advanced drive health analysis tool designed for ASUSTOR NAS devices. The updated version utilizes a substantial dataset from ULINK's cloud-based AI platform to provide detailed monitoring and predictive analytics concerning disk health for NAS users. This tool aims to facilitate proactive drive replacement planning, thereby enhancing data security and reducing system downtime. DA Drive Analyzer 2.0 is compatible with various storage media including NVMe SSDs, 2½" SSDs, and traditional hard drives, supporting all drive types used in ASUSTOR NAS systems.
The tool's functionality extends to uploading disk health data to a central data center equipped with powerful AI computing capabilities. It enables real-time monitoring and alerts for disk health and potential failures, offering a preventive measure against data loss.
