We've seen and heard about the S model X570 motherboards for a while now, and the indication was that the S is all about silence. While a lot of X570 motherboards have a small chipset fan that hardly activates, there are now fanless versions in the works.

This now has been confirmed by ASUS on social media, also mentions the will be coming with more details soon. Little information has been shared but they do mention its ROG Crosshair VIII and ROG Strix X570 motherboard models in a teaser on Twitter. This fanless X570 refresh may only apply to a few models though and not the entire ASUS X570 line-up, although this has yet to be confirmed.

Have you been hoping for more motherboards, like our ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VIII DARK HERO? ASUS ROG has you covered with more motherboards coming in Q3 featuring a passively cooled chipset. Stay tuned!
