The Radeon RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT GPUs were first introduced by AMD at the Gamescom trade fair in Cologne in the summer of 2023. Both GPUs are based on the RDNA3 architecture. The Radeon RX 7700 XT features 54 compute units, whereas the Radeon RX 7800 XT comes with 60 compute units. The memory configurations differ between the two, with the 7700 XT having 12GB of GDDR6 memory and the 7800 XT boasting 16GB of GDDR6 memory. These graphics cards are targeted at the 1440p gaming market. AMD has indicated a suggested retail price of 489 euros for the Radeon RX 7700 XT and 549 euros for the Radeon RX 7800 XT.
