Twitter user Momomo_us has shed light on the Asus Dual OC, an upcoming custom model of the RTX 4070 Super, before its formal unveiling. This model demonstrates several technical deviations from the existing RTX 4070 Dual. Key among these is the inclusion of a 12VHPWR connector, replacing the conventional 8-pin connector. This change supports the prevalent speculation that the RTX 4070 Super will have an increased Total Power Draw (TDP) of 225 watts, up from the 200 watts of the RTX 4070.

Visual comparisons reveal that the Asus Dual OC model has a more compact and lower-profile design than its predecessor. Regarding performance specifications, the RTX 4070 Super is expected to house 7,168 CUDA cores, a significant 21.7% boost compared to the RTX 4070. The memory setup is reported to remain unchanged, with a configuration of 12 GB GDDR6X and a 192-bit bus.
