ASRock is preparing to launch its Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB graphics card models, following AMD's announcement of the expanded RDNA 3 line at CES 2024. This lineup is aimed at the lower mid-range market segment. The company plans to introduce two variants: the Radeon RX 7600 XT Steel Legend 16 GB OC and the Challenger 16 GB OC, both of which utilize the Navi 33 XT architecture. These models signify ASRock's readiness for the retail market in this category.

At the time of this report, ASRock has listed these new Radeon RX 7000-series models on its website, though no official press releases have been made regarding their launch. The designs for these models include ASRock's mid-tier triple-fan Steel Legend and the entry-level dual-fan Challenger, consistent with their existing Radeon RX 7000 and 6000 series products. These designs were also utilized in the Radeon RX 7800 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT models, launched in September, as well as in the higher-end Phantom Gaming OC models.

Given the Radeon RX 7600 XT's expected heat output, particularly in its slightly overclocked versions, ASRock has opted for cooling solutions that align with the product's performance profile. The company seems to focus on delivering satisfactory 1080p gaming performance for a budget-conscious demographic. The anticipated Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the ASRock Radeon RX 7600 XT Challenger 16 GB OC is set at $329, aligning with AMD's suggested retail pricing. The Steel Legend OC variant is expected to be priced slightly higher, offering an alternative within the same range.
