ASRock Rack, a server/workstation brand of Taiwan-based ASRock Incorporated, has introduced the MicroATX motherboard B650D4U for servers, these are compatible with the Ryzen 7000 series.
The socket is Socket AM5, the chipset is AMD B650, and it supports a maximum TDP of 170W with a water-cooled cooler and 120W with an air-cooled cooler. Furthermore, the memory clock supports up to DDR5-5200, and ECC or non-ECC memory modules with a maximum capacity of 32GB per module can be installed. PCI Express 5.0 (x16) 1, PCI Express 5.0 (x4) 1, and PCI Express 4.0 (x1) 1 are installed in the expansion slot. OCuLink x 1 for PCI Express 4.0 (x4) connection, PCI Express 3.0 (x4) connection, and SATA 3.0 x 4 compatible with OCuLink x 1.
In addition, the network is comprised of dual gigabit LAN by Intel i210 and management gigabit LAN by Realtek RTL8211F; the BMC controller is ASPEED AST2600; and the display output is comprised of D-Sub x 1, HDMI x 1, and DisplayPort x 1.
