What a waste, 1GB lan. Why does Asus, Gigabyte and Asrock keep missing the mark on these.
Edit: On closer inspection, there appears to be unpopulated pads for a PHY and a gbic module. So its product segmented, and this is the one without. Wonder if the other one would be OEM only.

There are preliminarily two other models listed on their website:
B650D4U-2T - 2x broadcom 10gb rj45
B650D4U-2L2T/BCM - 2x broadcom 10gb rj45 in addition to the 2x 1gb, but this one is listed as built to order so I'd guess OEM only on that one.
I'm not sure how much of these will end up making it to market as they've had several Intel W680 based boards listed for months and only one is available now.

This is some really anemic looking vrm .... I seriously doubt this thing can handle 170 watts with out throttling .... Maybe is fine on a rack with the tourbine sounding fans that push a ton of air over em, but a normal desktop case I would not trust it ... Ever!

16+2+1 This is on the other end complete and uter overkill ! Most likely this can handle 400 watts with the aluminum slabs MSI stuck on top !
And gigabyte's cheapest a320 mb

4+1+1 50 amps phases ... This one can handle a 65 watts CPU ... But 105 watts and over throttles to hell and back if they where 70 amps phases would have been most likely 'ok' for 105 watts stock.
The 6 gray squares under the CPU socket , they are most likely 4+1+1 phases 4 CPU 1 igpu 1memory I am not sure if zen 4 has dedicaded vrm for the igpu like Intel so if they use the same vrm then they are either 5+1(memory) or 4+2 .
Here is msi's mpg b650 edge
