6400 CL38-40-40-90 was possible (using the 1.4 V – not much more than the standard XMP setting) and gave the best result. This was the optimal setting for this RAM. It required a lot of effort (but it depends on many variables, like the motherboard, bios version, or memory chip series). We tested the memory with the default XMP (6000 MHz) and overclocked/tweaked it to 6400 CL38.
