Above, the percentile chart of the 30 seconds gaming @ 2560x1440. Here we plot FPS and place it in relation to percentiles.

• 50% of the time measured frames is doing roughly 25 FPS.
• The last 5% of the frames is at 20 FPS or lower. 

On this 30 second run the graphics card manages to remain below 50ms overall, the glitches and stutters we see are related to the card under-performing at 2560x1440, which is a resolution that it can not chew well.  For those that do not understand what you are looking at, the above is a gametime scene recorded for 30 seconds. With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40-50ms can be considered a visible problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate.
